The project consists of a new 14,725 SF single story structure in the southern section of the commercial district in Sikeston Missouri, and represents a solution to the strategic goal of extending the hospital’s primary care outreach to the community, housing both primary care and a rural health clinic.

The building is comprised of twenty exam rooms, one procedure room, one outpatient behavioral health treatment office, one radiographic room, a specimen lab, and a retail pharmacy. The building is constructed as a steel frame with brick, glass curtainwall, synthetic stucco, and phenolic wood look panels and roof overhangs.

The site accommodates 98 vehicles and has a small loading area for deliveries. Final project cost was $3.85 M.
