Southeast Medical Plaza is a four-story, 75,000 SF medical office building with an attached 309 car parking structure.  Using the patient experience as the central focus of this design, a circular auto court at the center of the site provides multiple arrival and departure points for patients and immediate access to an enclosed concourse.  

The concourse simultaneously functions as an environmentally conditioned connector between the office tower and the vehicle parking structure. The light-filled main concourse and lobby dictated the clean, crisp color palette of the interior design. An additional pedestrian connection to the existing hospital chassis is provided via a new bridge connecting the fourth level of the Medical Office Building to the lower level of an adjacent Oncology Center.  This allows patients and staff to move continuously from one edge of the campus to the other without exposure to the elements.
