Facet collaborated with Meridian Senior Living to create a full-service assisted living and memory care facility. In collaboration with our sister division, M/E1 Engineering, we designed, detailed, and engineered this 3-story facility, which is planned to have 130 living units that are a mix of Studio, One and Two Bedroom Assisted Living Units and a mix of private and semi-private Memory Care Units with full kitchen and services. This project, located on 4.36 acres at Aqui Esta Dr. and Socorro Dr. in Punta Gorda, FL. was designed as a non-combustible building with an Institutional Use (12).
