The State of Missouri and the Missouri State Highway Patrol have collectively developed a needs assessment for the Public Safety Complex and Missouri State Highway Patrol Academy. After this assessment, the State contracted with CD Companies / FACET Architectural Design to further develop the programming requirements for both the Public Safety Complex and Missouri State Highway Patrol Academy, to evaluate the proposed site area, develop a proposed master plan, and to develop a probable cost estimate for redevelopment of the site.
